'Best Friends and Lovers' is the Single off of my latest album, 'The Alliance' produced by my husband, Kevin (he's pretty awesome:).  I wrote this song about dating and marrying my best friend!  My mom always told me to marry my best friend!  Well, I'm glad I took her advice.  We laugh, we cry, we kiss, we hug, we dance, and at the end of the day I can say that I've had the privilege of spending my life with the best friend any person could ask for!  He's been 'loving me out loud' for almost four years now.  He is my best friend and lover.

'The Rush' is a song written by Kevin a couple years back about his struggle with depression.  It speaks of the lies we tell ourselves and the rush that comes when we begin to understand what is true.  The falsehood of our mind controls us, but there is freedom coming as light in the cracks of the dark places we create.  Though it is work to break through the dark, look to the silent whispers of the light and feel the rush.

The acoustic version of 'Fifth Dimension'.  We have all had those relationships that have caused us more pain than joy. Reflecting on past relationships, 'Fifth Dimension is about the relationship that is different, the one that takes you to a different realm: a place of joy, peace, and love.  Being with someone who can help show the world from a different perspective.  Someone who has a fifth dimension.  This song was co-written with Kevin Tydlacka.

My rendition of Canadian singer's, Justin Bieber, new song, 'Sorry'.  His new album, 'Purpose', is blowing up the charts, now securing the top 3 songs in the UK.  I have to say, he has indeed made me a fan.  The cover is a piano acoustic version of 'Sorry'.  "Is it too late now to say sorry?"

The acoustic version of 'Stay' off of 'The Alliance.'  I wrote this song about God, who stays.  As life continues, I have found more people come and go.  Maybe they go because they decide or maybe life decides for them.  Life is short, and unfortunately we can't control everything.  In the midst of a world where people mostly go, there is one who stays.  Not only does He stay, but he stays close.  We don't have to beg, we don't have to live in that feeling that He might turn around and leave us like some in our lives have before. We can fully trust He will stay with no fear. There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear.
